📚 Book Summary:
Instead of sharing just one book this week, I wanted to share my 3 favorite books of 2025 so far:
📖
1) “The 5 Types of Wealth” by Sahil Bloom
In this book, entrepreneur Sahil Bloom explains that there isn’t just one type of wealth, but five: time wealth, social wealth, mental wealth, physical wealth, and financial wealth.
What sets this book apart is its practicality. It’s filled with science-backed strategies and advice from experts in each domain, and each section ends with practical advice and useful exercises that make it easy to apply the lessons you’ve learned.
To be truly wealthy and fulfilled, you need to focus on all of these areas, not just money. Whether you’re 18 or 81, you’ll find the lessons in this book helpful.
Read my summary of the book here.
📖
2) “The Expectation Effect” by David Robson
This is one of the most fascinating psychology books I’ve ever read.
The author explains how what we think will happen can dramatically change what does happen. In other words, you don’t see the world as it is, but rather you create and experience the world you expect.
The book is well-written and packed with interesting studies. I especially love that the author provides a summary of the key lessons at the end of each chapter, along with suggestions on how to apply the findings to one's life.
If you ever wanted to learn about placebo and nocebo effects, or just love psychology books, you’ll enjoy this one.

📖
3) “Why We Remember” by Dr. Charan Ranganath
Dr. Ranganath has studied the brain for over 25 years and is one of the world’s top memory researchers. As a psychologist and neuroscientist, he will teach you about the mind from both a psychological and biological perspective.
In the book, Dr. Ranganath explains how memory works, the reasons why memories get altered, the factors that lead to weak memory, useful tips to help you improve your memory, and much more.
If you want to understand how and why we remember, this book is for you.

💎 Weekly Gem:
This is an AMAZING podcast about how to strengthen your immune system so you can avoid getting sick.
Dr. Roger Seheult is a 4x board-certified physician (AKA highly credible) who explains the health benefits of getting daily sunlight, how to avoid getting the cold and flu, how to improve your sleep, and much more.
If you want to be healthier and decrease your chances of spending time in a hospital, this podcast is for you (if you’re short on time just listen to the first hour of it).
Your opinion matters!
