You'll learn how to improve your sleep, diet, mental health, and everything else you need to live a happier and better life. It's the simplest yet most effective action that will improve your life.Getting proper sleep will: Lower your anxiety Speed recovery times Enhance your sex life Decrease your depression Increase your memory and focus Protect you from dementia, cancer, and other diseasesAnd many more benefits. So if you are serious about living, you must be serious about sleeping. 2) Drink More WaterWater is vital to lifeβthat's why the human body is made up of about 60% water.If you're not drinking water you'll become dehydrated which leads to: More headaches Lack of concentration Weakened immune system Blood circulation being restricted Increase in anxiety and inflammationAnd other negative effects. All of this can be avoided simply by drinking more water. One study found that drinking 5 glasses of water a day reduced the risk of a heart attack by 41%.
