    👋 Hey everyone,

      📚 Book Lessons:

This week's book is How To Be A 3% Man by Corey Wayne. When it comes to dating and relationships, this is one of my favorite books. This book teaches men how to become more attractive and understand women without any manipulative or pick-up-artist tactics. Here are three lessons from it:1) Use The Phone To Set Dates, Not TalkIf you recently went on a date with a girl and she messages you, you might think the right thing to do is to ask her about her day, how's she doing, or try to get to know her better. This is a common mistake most men make–you DON'T want to try to build a connection over the phone. Why?Because you can't hold her hand, kiss her, or get physically intimate with a girl over the phone. And guess why she's reaching out to you? Yes, she wants to talk to you, but she wants to see you in person even more.Wouldn't you rather spend an hour hanging out with her in person than talking on the phone for an hour? So the next time a girl texts or calls you after a date, keep the small chat to a minimum and instead focus on setting up the next date. That way you two can hang out in person and build a true romantic relationship. 2) Take Responsibility For Planning The DateHere's another common mistake guys make: relying on the women to make most of the dating plans and decisions.YOU asked her out so it's your job to plan the date.Guys have good intentions by asking a woman what they want to do and when they're free but asking a ton of questions comes off as annoying, indecisive, and puts the work of planning the date on her.Let's say you've been texting a girl and you want to ask her out, Don't text her:  Hey are you free Friday or Saturday? And do you know any good restaurants? Or maybe some cool bars?Instead, text her this: Hey are you free Friday night at 8pm? I know this good Mexican restaurant that makes amazing spicy margaritas. Here's the best part: She'll either say yes or if she's into you but can't make that time or doesn't like that food, she'll suggest an alternative (because she likes you and still wants to see you). It's a win-win either way. 3) Keep Things Fun, Light, and PositiveWhen you first meet a woman, your goal should be to make her laugh and feel comfortable around you. Ask her questions about her life, and get to know her passions and favorite activities. Let her do 70-80% of the talking. Make sure you're LISTENING to her and getting to know her as a person (and not just staring at her like an object).Keep the conversation light and positive. Joke and tease her in a playful, non-offensive manner. If a joke comes off as rude, apologize for it and let her know that wasn't your intention.DON'T make super sexual jokes or talk about politics, religion, or exes. If she does ask about exes, say something positive about them and then change the topic. And avoid talking about relationships, marriage, or having kids. The goal of a date is to hang out, have fun, and hook up (this doesn't mean having sex necessarily, it could be to kiss her or other romantic physical acts). Follow these tips and you'll have a lot more dates in your future.

        Actionable Advice:

        1) Use the phone for setting dates, not talk:

        • Avoid spending hours chatting on the phone (you don't want to be pen pals).

        • Instead, make plans so that you two can hang out in person and build a physical connection with one another.

        2) Take responsibility for planning the date:

        • You asked her out so it's your job to plan the date.

        • Pick a time and place and ask her if that works for her. If it doesn't but she likes you, she'll suggest an alternative.

        3) Keep the date fun, light, and positive:

        • DO get to know her passions, favorite activities, and tease her playfully.

        • DON'T talk about politics, religion, or other serious topics too early on.
