4) Books Calculator: Use this book calculator to estimate how many books you can read in a month or year.

5) Five Books: Discover the 5 best books on any topic.

6) The Rabbit Hole: Blas is one of the original book summary bloggers, he's written 700+ book summaries.

7) Librarian AI: Use AI to easily discover your next amazing book.

Podcast: How to Improve Oral Health - Andrew Huberman

If you hate the dentist or never want to get another cavity, listen to this podcast.

Here’s a quick summary of it:

• Only use soft toothbrushes

• Don’t be a mouth breather, use mouth tape to fix that

• Use floss and/or a Waterpik to get rid of food between your teeth

• Chew xylitol gum to remineralize your teeth and repair minor cavities

• Don’t use mouthwash with alcohol, only use alcohol-free mouthwash

• Go to the dentist every 6 months for a professional cleaning to remove stubborn plaque

Interestingly I’ve been following this exact protocol for some time and haven’t gotten any cavities in the past two years.
