🥳 100 Book Giveaway 🥳

To enter all you have to do is refer 1 person to this newsletter using your unique referral link at the bottom of this newsletter.

For each person you refer, you’ll get one (1) entry. You can refer as many people as you want BUT only real referrals will count.

If you enter fake, spam, temporary, or people’s emails without permission, you will be disqualified from the giveaway.

If you’ve referred people in the past, those referrals will be counted as long as they were legitimate.

The person with the most referrals by Jan. 6th, 2024 will win 50 books. Two other winners will be chosen at random to receive 25 books each.

This is a global giveaway, winners will be announced in this newsletter on Jan. 7th, 2024. Good luck everyone!

👋 Hey everyone,

Here are a few popular posts you may have missed:

🤓 Course Update:

Every time I go through the course I find new ways to improve it (I’m not sure if I’m being a perfectionist or just scared to get it out into the world haha).

I still plan on releasing it on Jan. 2nd, 2024, but I may need another week or two to get all of the lessons up.

Apologies for the delay but to make up for it I’ll probably do a live group Q&A call for those who pre-ordered the course as an exclusive perk.

📚 Book Summary:

I read 75 books this year.

Here are my top 10 favorite ones(in no specific order):

1) “$100M Offers” by Alex Hormozi

2) “Never Finished” by David Goggins

3) “$100M Leads” by Alex Hormozi

4) “The Comfort Crisis” by Michael Easter

5) “The Anthology of Balaji” by Eric Jorgenson

6) “Blue Mind” by Dr. Wallace J. Nichols

7) “Dopamine Nation” by Anna Lembke

8) “Make Time” by Jake Knapp & John Zeratsky

9) “Nonviolent Communication” by Marshall Rosenberg

10) “Same As Ever" by Morgan Housel

I’ll be diving more into why I picked these books and key lessons I learned from them next week so stay tuned for that!

Actionable Advice:

3) Enjoy the holidays, spend time with friends, family, and books!

📖 Reading Lesson:

Want to read more books next year but don't have time?

💎 Weekly Gem:

Last year Andrew Huberman did a podcast on alcohol that showed how poisonous it was–this podcast does the same but for sugar.

Overconsumption of sugar leads to autoimmune disease, leaky gut, diabetes, and countless more negative outcomes.

Here’s one of the many crazy stats from the podcast: 73% of EVERY food in the grocery store has added sugar.

Get educated on the harm of sugar and aim to cut as much of it from your diet as possible.
