1) To Learn A New Skill Follow The Rule of 100

Spend 100 minutes every day doing cold calls for 100 days to become a skilled salesperson.
Spend 100 minutes every day creating content for 100 days to become a better content creator.
Spend 100 minutes writing every day for 100 days to become a proficient writer.
Spend 100 minutes making paid ads every day for 100 days to become a pro at paid aids.

2) We Need To Be Reminded More Than We Need To Be Taught
If youāre a content creator you might feel like youāre constantly repeating yourself to your audience.
But hereās the thing, if you think 100% of your audience listen 100% of the time then youāre a silly goose (Hormoziās own words haha).
For example, Hormoziās book ā$100M Offersā has been out for 2 years now and sold 300,000+ copies. Yet, he still posts about the book every single day. Why? Because after surveying his audience, he found that 20% of his audience didnāt know he had a book out.
Iāve noticed a similar result with my audience.
One example of this is my note-taking video.
Iāve reposted it several times over the years and even though Iāve seen it dozens of times, every time I reshare it it goes viral because there are tens of thousands of people who havenāt yet seen it.
This is something all content creators do:
Andrew Huberman constantly reminds people to spend more time getting natural sunlight.
Ryan Holiday constantly reminds people to change what they can and accept what they canāt.
Jocko Willink constantly reminds people that discipline equals freedom.
So when you start to feel bored of repeating yourself, take it as a good sign that youāre on the right path and keep sharing the same message.

3) Give, Give, Give Until They Ask
Gary Vaynerchuk popularized the idea of āJab, jab, jab, right hook.ā
Itās the idea that you want to give value to your audience many times before asking them to buy something from you. You deposit goodwill by providing quality content, then withdraw from it when you ask them to buy something.
Once you understand this concept, youāll see it everywhere:
TV shows have 13 minutes of ads for every 60 minutes of air time. That means they give 47 mins of value, then spend 13 mins asking for you to buy things from them.
On Facebook, the platform shows you 4 pieces of content for every 1 ad.
On TikTok, the platform shows you 3 videos for every 1 ad.
Following this formula is a good way to make a living, but Hormozi has an even better strategy: Give, give, give until they ask.
The more stuff you give and share, the faster youāll grow. And if you keep giving without asking for anything in return, eventually people will start asking you how they can support you.
People will start asking you if you have a book, one-on-one coaching, or some other product that they can buy to support you.
This is essentially the reason behind why I built a reading course.
For the past 5+ years, Iāve shared countless reading tips and hundreds of people have messaged me asking for more in-depth tactics and if thereās a place where they can find all of my best tips in one spot.
So, keep giving people value until youāve given so much that they want to pay you back for it.

1) To become proficient at a new skill follow the rule of 100:
Spend 100 minutes working on the new skill for 100 days straight.
By the end of it, youāll be better at that skill than the vast majority of people.
2) Repost your best content:
Review all of your top-performing content from the past year or two and start reposting it.
3) Keep giving people value until they ask how they can support you:
Then turn their requests into products or offers (ex: coaching calls, courses, etc).
