📚 Book Summary:
Here are 3 awesome books I’ve read recently:
📖
1) “Time Anxiety“ by Chris Guillebeau
If you constantly feel like you’re running out of time and are anxious about not being able to do everything you want, this book is for you.
In it, Chris shares new research on time perception, personal lessons from his own life and actionable advice on how we can all improve our relationship with time.
It’s a highly practical book that you can read in just a few hours. Chris also shares several lessons specifically for people with ADHD, as they tend to be more likely to suffer from time blindness.
Think of this book as the antidote to constantly feeling like you’re always behind.
📖
2) “Inner Excellence“ by Jim Murphy
Jim Murphy is a former professional baseball player who now works as a performance coach to several of the best athletes and leaders in the world.
In the book, Jim shares his step-by-step manual for mastering your mind for peak performance.
He covers overcoming fear, removing mental blocks, releasing limiting beliefs, visualizing success, and much more.
However, Jim goes beyond just physical performance and also shares stories and examples of how you can use his lessons to live life to the absolute fullest.
If you want to improve your performance on and off the field, you’ll find this book incredibly useful.
📖
3) “The Sweaty Startup” by Nick Huber
Nick Huber is a self-made entrepreneur who grew his net worth to $50 million by the time he was 35 years old.
If you follow him on social media, you’ll know he’s a no-BS type of guy, and his book is the same way.
In it, he shares cold hard truths about starting and growing a business. It’s short, direct, and highly actionable.
This a great book for aspiring entrepreneurs, especially those who want to build a “boring” but lucrative business.
✅ Actionable Advice
