Try this to help you unwind before bed
Some nights, slowing down and switching off is the hardest part.
That’s where AGZ comes in—the new nightly drink from AG1 designed to help you unwind, sleep well, and wake up in the morning without the grogginess that you may get from other sleep products.*
Rather than overriding your body's natural rhythms, AGZ helps your mind and body ease into rest with easy-to-absorb ingredients such as Saffron, Magnesium and Ashwagandha.
You can choose from three tasty flavors, Mixed Berry, Chocolate and Chocolate mint and every first purchase comes with a FREE AGZ frother.

📚 Book Summary:
Here are 3 awesome books I read on vacation, vote on which one you’d like me to summarize below:
📖
1) “Nature and The Mind” by Marc Berman, Phd
This book is a fascinating deep dive into how our environment affects our health.
Everyone knows spending time in nature is good for you, but this book explains why and how being in nature benefits our mood, mind, and body.
For instance, a short walk in nature can improve your attention by almost 20%. Spending time in nature can also decrease depression and ADHD symptoms.
This book will convince you to spend much more time in nature–and make you happier and healthier as a result.
📖
2) “Writing on Purpose” by Sara Stibitz
Sara Stibitz is a NYT bestselling ghostwriter who has spent 20+ years writing books.
She covers everything from identifying your target reader to outlining your book, editing your book, and everything in between.
Her book is an excellent guide for anyone looking to write an amazing book.
📖
3) “Bibliotherapy: The Healing Power of Reading” by Bijal Shah
I found this book in the legendary Shakespeare & Company bookstore in Paris.
It was on a shelf labeled “Books are magic”, and that’s exactly what this book is about.
The author shares stories about the powerful health benefits of reading and how it can help with grief, illness, and other negative aspects of life.
