Neuroscientist and entrepreneur Anne-Laure Le Cunff encourages readers to take on an experimental mindset and treat life as a series of experiments instead of one straight path.

By thinking like a scientist, you’re able to study yourself, collect data on new activities, hobbies, and habits, and learn about what’s working in your life and where you might need to make changes.

Even though the author is a neuroscientist, you don’t need a PhD to enjoy or understand it. It’s incredibly well-written and filled with personal stories.
